Judy Michelle Edwards, 77, of Smithville, MO passed away March 4, 2024. 

She was born on December 12, 1946, to Wagner Lauritz “Babe” and Lillian Mabel “Billee” (Hamilton) Andersen in Overland Park, KS where she grew up and graduated from high school.

On August 8, 1964, she was united in marriage to Ronnie J. Edwards. After their marriage they lived in Overland Park, KS, Kansas City, KS and in 1990 moved to Smithville, MO where they made their home. Ronnie passed away on December 16, 2013.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie; her parents; her son Jason Edwards and her brother Lee L. Andersen. 

Judy is survived by her daughter Lori Edwards; grandsons Joseph “Joey” and wife Kelly and Ayden; great-grandchildren Wesley, Natalie and Gradey; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Memorial Service 4:00 pm with Visitation following until 5:30 pm Friday, March 15th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville, MO
