Randy Joe Boydston, 69, of Camden Point, MO passed away September 17, 2023.

He was born on June 25, 1954, to Ernest Raymond and Lela Maxine (Wright) Boydston in St. Joseph, MO. Randy grew up on the family farm in Camden Point and graduated in 1972 from North Platte High School.

On March 15, 1974, he was united in marriage to Cheryl Russell. After their marriage they lived in the Camden Point area where they made their home.

Randy farmed for several years until his retirement when he went to work for Clyde Hill. Clyde taught him all he knew about dirt work and running heavy machinery. After Clyde passed away, he continued to work for other contractors in the area. 

Randy was a member of the Camden Point Christian Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Lonnie Boydston and his sister-in-law Marti Boydston.

Randy is survived by his wife Cheryl Boydston; siblings, Carolyn Hepler and husband Charlie, Mary Park and husband Larry, and Dean Boydston; sister-in-law Linda Boydston; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Private family services will be held at the Camden Point Cemetery.
