Chuck was the first father figure I can remember having in my life aside from my grandpa. He taught me everything from the importance of reading non stop, to if you like a girl buy her flowers. I tell my boys stories all the time about the dad I never had, but in reality I did. I'm thankful for every moment I got to spend with Chuck and your family. I love you all.

What a lovely obituary. I’m remembering the evening at my house…the only time I was with Chuck. What a nice memory it is. It’s those loving memories shared by everyone who knew and loved Chuck that will sustain in the days ahead.

I’ll remember Chuck for his great personality and of course his unlimited joking. I always appreciate people that are easy to be around from the first time you met them. And this also was Chuck. It’s strange to think I won’t see him again. Love you Chuck.
Thinking of my dear friend Martha and her girls Rachel and Gayla every day. And of course wee Owen.

Chuck, you will be sorely missed by those who have ever had a chance to get to know you. I enjoyed getting to know you and listening to your stories while we worked to ensure the Tech Plant Reporting continued to work and improve. Although the mass balance is physically deficient now, the weight of the knowledge you imparted and the lives you touched, will definitely tip in your favor. Enjoy your new adventure my friend!

I just wanted to extend my deepest condolences to Mr. Huffman and his family. While I was in a point of transition in my life, and had no idea where I was headed in life, he and his family were gracious and hospitable to me. They brought me into their home and treated me better than I treated myself. I hope the family knows that he has a long-reaching impact and will be remembered as a kind generous man.
