My heart is with his beautiful wife and his loving children , and his father ( My Uncle Roger).! I know that Jeff took a piece of My Heart with him when he left us..I also know that it wasn't his choice to go !! He was more than my cousin. He was like my brother. He Will Be Missed 🥺
