Mike, Jeanne and Family, Your mom was such a special friend to me and I admired her so much! I always told her I wanted to be like her when I grow up! She was my inspiration and always so much fun to be with! She was such an active person, so many interests and never seemed to run out of energy. I was always amazed that she taught ceramics, played cards, sewed crafts for and masterminded the Turkey Dinner bazaar, made tons of Little Dresses for Africa, edited a Barry Cookbook, Ordered the tons of pecans we shelled and sold every fall, was active in the Red Hat Ladies, coordinated a trip for several of us to visit an early morning channel 5 tv show and arranged for us to pick up peaches in Lexington, etc. etc. Lois was my dear, dear friend and I have missed her since we moved to St. Louis but know I will see her again in heaven someday! Condolences to the family!
