He was one reason I loved going to work. He always had a smile on his face and his laugh was contagious. He was one very special person. God has gained a special angel.

I am so sorry to hear of your wonderful family's loss of a great man. I have many fond memories of Mr. Wade, he was an excellent boss back in our K-Mart days, and such a fun friend. I will miss his jokes and his uplifting personality. Sending my heartfelt condolences and hugs to all.

A big part of how we become who we are is shaped by our observations of those around us. Starting a year and a half ago when I lost my dad, I started seeing those who shaped me leaving. Today I learned of another. Mr Wade was my manager at K-Mart where I worked through my years in college, and several years part time after. He showed by example how to lead others, how to treat others, and how to earn their respect and loyalty. Once again I am saddened at the loss of someone I held in high regards, but I am thankful for the time I got to spend and learn from him.

So sorry to hear of this, I worked with Mr. Wade at South K-Mart, he was a wonderful manager, took his job seriously but was fun to work with, everyone loved him. He had a great sense of humor, which made working with him all the better. Great family man, spoke of his wife and kids quite often.

I'm so sorry to hear Randy had passed. I've never seen Mr. Wade without a smile, joke or kind word to say each and every time i saw him. He was truly the best person I've ever worked with. May your family be comforted knowing he is in a beautiful place of peace though he will be missed terribly!
