Sorry for your loss
So sorry for your loss. I remember taking my Middle School son to the State Capitol for the first time, and your dad came out and greet the kids. What a wonderful experience he gave those kids!

Dear Jean and family, We were saddened by the news of Sidney's passing. From the Chalkboard newsletter, we learned about his declining health and challenges. Sidney contributed to his community in so many ways. I have always admired his political contributions and willingness to offer his energies in this manner. We wish you, and all of the family, the best for moving forward. He will be missed by many. Jay

. 🙏. Sorry for the hole in your heart but heaven is a good place to be. ❤️ Pam & I
Thinking of you, Jean. You always spoke so lovingly about your husband. Prayers for peace and comfort.
Sidney was a class act, so honest, so refreshing and caring and engaged. A joy to work alongside. A Senator that worried about Missouri more than the next election. Much more a Statesmen than a politician. Missouri thanks you for your service and your family for sharing you with us.

So sorry for your loss. I enjoyed knowing him. He and his brother were very competitive and taught their boys. They participated when I ran the intramural basketball games in my younger years.
My sincere sympathy to Jean and all the family. What great memories we have of fun times with the Young Farmers Committee and our camping adventures. I am sure Linden and Sid are discussing politics and farming on a higher plain. Becky V.
